The Northwest University Concert Choir and University Presbyterian Church Choir join Rainier Symphony for a Christmas celebration in the S. Mark Taper Foundation Auditorium at Benaroya Hall. The concert features carol arrangements originally created for the London Symphony Orchestra by Peter Hope, music of John Rutter and more, celebrating the season in traditional English fashion. Experience holiday magic with Emerald Ballet Theatre's sparkling production of The Nutcracker, with Rainier Symphony Ballet Orchestra performing the beloved music of Tchaikovsky. A beautiful Christmas tree grows before our eyes, and we travel with Clara and her Nutcracker to visit Snowflakes, the Sugarplum Fairy, Mother Ginger, and a battle with the mouse army. Under the direction of Artistic Director Viktoria Titova, former dancer with Moscow's Bolshoi Ballet Grigorovich Company, The Nutcracker is a holiday classic that your family will not want to miss.

Tickets for the Nutcracker Ballet are available through the Northshore Performing Arts Center in Bothell.
